The objective of this line of work is to generate institutional models at the national level that are adequate for the advancement of research, development and innovation in education.
We will propose a transferable model, adaptable to the needs and possibilities of Latin American and Caribbean countries. For this purpose, we will develop a framework to analyze critical institutions, legal norms and funding schemes necessary to promote the continual improvement of education systems.
